Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and reserve your event date.

• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining 70% balance is due the day before the event.

• If full payment is not received by the due date, Little Guest Care reserves the

right to cancel the booking.

2. Cancellation Policy (Client)

• If the client cancels more than 14 days prior to the event, the deposit will be refunded.

• If the client cancels within 14 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be provided in writing.

3. Cancellation by Little Guest Care

• In the unlikely event that Little Guest Care must cancel due to illness, emergency, or

unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made.

• Every reasonable effort will be made to provide a suitable replacement nanny

where possible, however this cannot be guaranteed.

4. Children Covered Under Booking

• Care is strictly provided only for the children listed and quoted at the time of booking.

• Additional children cannot be added on the day of the event.

• If additional children require care, this must be arranged in advance and may

incur additional fees.

• Little Guest Care reserves the right to decline care for unlisted children.

5. Hours of Care

• Care will be provided for the agreed timeframe stated in your booking confirmation.

• Overtime is subject to availability and will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.

6. Child Information & Safety

Clients must provide:

• Emergency contact details.

• Medical information, allergies, dietary requirements.

• Routine details (if children are being transported back to accommodation).


Little Guest Care holds:

• Valid Working With Children Check.

• Police Check.

• First Aid & CPR Certification.

7. Accommodation & Transport

If care includes transporting children to accommodation:

• Safe transport arrangements must be discussed prior to the event.

• Appropriate car seats must be provided by the parents where required by law.

• Accommodation must be safe and suitable for childcare.

8. Behaviour & Safety

Little Guest Care reserves the right to:

• Remove a child from an unsafe situation.

• Refuse care if a child is severely unwell.

• End care if the environment becomes unsafe.

9. Food & Meals

Parents are responsible for providing food, snacks, bottles, and any required supplies for

their child unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Liability

While every reasonable care and precaution is taken, Little Guest Care is not liable for:

• Pre-existing medical conditions.

• Minor accidents or injuries occurring despite reasonable supervision.

• Unforeseen circumstances outside reasonable control.

11. Photography & Marketing

With parental consent, photos may be taken for promotional use.

No images will be shared without written permission.

12. Agreement

By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
